I'm a homeowner that was unknowingly out into one of those trusts. There's so much fraud on our loan it makes me sick. They lied to investors about our DTI, Appraisel and in the loan docs alone, there are Lenders who were "correspondants" that were out of business before we even got our loan! Wells Fargo lied to investors and they lied to us! Were any of these related to Wells Fargo Alternative Loans? I’m a homeowner that was unknowingly out into one of those trusts. There’s so much fraud on our loan it makes me sick. They lied to investors about our DTI, Appraisel and in the loan docs alone, there are Lenders who were “correspondants” that were out of business before we even got our loan!
